Double room available in bungalow. Bedroom located in attic with a separate small bathroom (toilet and sink only). Tenant will also have use of downstairs bathroom for shower, as well as kitchen.

Room available until end of May 2027, so would suit DKIT student. €600 per month or €125 per week (Sunday – Friday). Price includes all bills.

House is owner occupied. Owner is elderly, but adult daughter is living in the house, so all communication will be done via daughter. Family dog is also in the house, so tenant must like pets.

House located in Blackrock. 10-minute walk to main road and good bus service to Dundalk.
