Single Bedroom available full week and welcome to stay mid-terms/Christmas etc if necessary. Cottage refurbished and retrofitted so it is modern and warm. The room to rent has a single bed, a desk and chair, and ample storage for clothes/suitcases. Duvet, Pillows, two sets of Bed Linen and one set of towels provided. There is a shared bathroom, sitting room and kitchen. The bathroom is modern with a shower, sink and WC. The kitchen is fitted with all appliances including an induction hob, oven, fridge/freezer, washing machine & dryer, pots/pans etc provided. The living room is comfortable with a sofa and TV. There is a Wifi connection. There is also on-street free parking. All Bills (Electric, Bins, Wifi) included, fair useage applies. €130.00 per week. Cottage is in the Village of Dromiskin, roughly 5km from the college. 100X Bus (5 min walk) goes through regularly and drops outside the college.
