Bright and spacious double room available for a DKIT student in a quiet, comfortable home.

The room has its own private entrance and private bathroom, along with plenty of storage. The monthly rent is €600 and includes all household bills and a cleaner every two weeks. It is owner occupied. Non Smoker.

The house is approximately 10 minutes by car from DKIT and five minutes from the motorway. As public transport is limited, the student must have their own car.

There are friendly dogs in the home, so the student must be comfortable around dogs.

This accommodation would suit a respectful, clean and tidy student looking for a peaceful place to live while attending DKIT. Please contact me for availability and viewing arrangements.
