My home is ten minutes from DkIT, and the coastal village of Blackrock. The bus routes 100,168 and 100X all stop two minutes from my home.
Rental is 150 Euro per week (paid in advance) with a deposit of two weeks rent also to be paid. A licence agreement will be drawn up, and a rent book will be issued.
The house is home to three dogs ( beloved family pets) so dog lovers are especially welcome
