Tips For Success
Adding a listing normally goes smoothly for new or returning landlords. But occassionally the “computer says no” and here are come tips to help you get your listing online.
Device – If at all possible add your listing from a computer or laptop. The screen is larger and the connection to the internet is more stable. If you try to use your phone it may work or you may get a network/session error as the listing is being added if you loose your connection, take too long or you are on the move.
Account – If you don’t have an account it will be automatically created as you add your first listing using the contact email address you put in. If you already have an account from previous you can reset the password via the “My Account Link”. Once you get logged in you can add a new listing or delete an old one. Its a better way for you to manage your listings in the long run.
Images – Make sure your images are not bigger than 10MB (10,0000kb) and you can only upload a max of 5 images. Better to upload images that are bright clear and in a LANDSCAPE format (hold the phone sideways) when takign photos.
Information – Make sure you the information you provide is accurate and up to date. We work on a “play fair” system at DKITSU and if you provide misleading or obscure info your listing and account may be suspended.
Support – If you are still having trouble then use the Contact form and supply as much information to us as possible about the issue.
